These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website leonardoweddingcars.com and any bookings or services provided by Leonardo Wedding Cars / Leonardo Rentals. By accessing or using our site and services, you accept these Terms.

2. Definitions

• “Customer”, “you” means the person booking or using the service.

• “We”, “us”, “our” means Leonardo Wedding Cars / Leonardo Rentals.

• “Service(s)” means transportation, car hire, chauffeur services, and any ancillary services offered.

• “Booking” means your request/reservation for a vehicle and related services.

3. Booking & Payment

• You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking (name, contact, date, time, pickup/drop-off details).

• We may require a deposit or full payment (via credit card, bank transfer or other accepted methods).

• Payment terms (due dates, cancellation fees) will be specified at booking.

• Failure to pay may result in cancellation.

4. Cancellations & Modifications

• You may cancel or modify your booking subject to our cancellation policy (as stated during booking).

• Cancellation fees may apply depending on how close to the service date you cancel.

• We reserve the right to cancel or modify services ourselves (e.g. due to force majeure, vehicle issues, legal constraints), and will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives or refunds.

5. Use of Service

• You must comply with laws and regulations (traffic, safety) in Cyprus or the jurisdiction in which service is provided.

• You must not use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

• You (and your party) are responsible for any damage you cause to the vehicle (interior, exterior) beyond normal wear, during your use.

• Prohibited items (hazardous materials, weapons, illegal goods) must not be transported in our vehicles.

• Our driver’s instructions (safety, route) must be obeyed.

6. Delays, Force Majeure & Liability

• We strive to perform services punctually, but are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, roadworks, traffic, strikes, natural disasters).

• Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the affected portion of service.

• We are not liable for consequential, incidental, special or indirect damages (loss of profits, inconvenience, etc.).

• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service, unless a higher liability is required by law.

7. Insurance & Passenger Safety

• Our vehicles are covered with relevant insurance (as required by law).

• You are responsible for wearing seat belts, following safety instructions, and not distracting the driver.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on the website (text, images, logos, design) is owned or licensed by us and is protected by intellectual property law.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, download, display or transmit materials from our site without our prior written consent, except for your own personal and non-commercial use.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus (or the jurisdiction in which the service is provided).

• Any dispute shall be resolved amicably; if not possible, through courts of competent jurisdiction in Cyprus (or other jurisdiction as agreed).

10. Severability & Waiver

• If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed or limited to the minimum necessary.

• Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right in future.
